What does the price shown on the website include?
The price includes bungalow accommodation, full board with wine and water at lunch and dinner, and the leisure and sports pack.
What is not included in the price shown on the website?
The tourist tax; consumption outside the buffet restaurant, whether in a bar, nightclub, ice cream parlor, beach bar…; the rental of tennis, squash, ping-pong and padel rackets; the padel court; any activity of the diving center.
What is the tourist tax?
Tourist tax: €0.99 per person per day, for those aged 16 and over, with a maximum stay of 7 nights; payable upon arrival at the Holiday Resort. The Holiday Resort management reserves the right to modify this rate in the event of new taxes or changes to existing ones.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
Yes, 2 nights all season, except from 13/05 to 17/05, from 22/05 to 25/05 and from 1 to 29/08, which will be 3 nights.

What are the age ranges that apply to the rate?
Guests aged 12 and over are considered adults. Children aged 4 to 11 receive a 25% discount on the adult price from July 18th to August 28th inclusive, and a 50% discount for the rest of the season, excluding special rates and weekend stays. Children under 4 stay free. The child's age for calculating the adult rate will be their age on the day of arrival.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed.
Is there parking?
Yes, it's inside the complex and it's free. During the booking process, you'll need to select it so you can enter your car's license plate number; this will activate your access.
Are there any traffic restrictions in the complex?
The circulation of motorcycles, bicycles, skates and scooters is prohibited inside the premises.
From what date are the fans and air conditioning available in the bungalows?
Starting on 22/06.
Can I choose the type of bungalow I want?
You can choose the bungalow category (with or without air conditioning, comfort or premium room), but not the capacity; this is always assigned based on the actual needs of each case. For example, families of 3 people with a child under 11 will be accommodated in a 2/3 person bungalow.
Can I stay alone?
Yes, there is only a 20% supplement for single occupancy which will be automatically applied to the amount of your booking.
Do the offers apply to all types of accommodation?
Discounts or offers do not apply to comfort rooms and premium bungalows.
What time is arrival/departure? What is the first service included in the full board package?
Arrivals are from 4 PM onwards, and dinner is included. The restaurant is open until 9:30 PM. If you arrive after that time, you will miss dinner. Bungalows must be vacated by 10 AM, even though lunch is included.
Can the first service be changed?
You can change the meal from the last day to the first day without affecting the accommodation's schedule. Other services cannot be changed during your stay.
If I want to spend the day visiting the surrounding area, what about food?
You can order a picnic lunch at reception the day before before 8 pm and pick it up at the buffet restaurant at breakfast time. The picnic lunch is only available as a substitute for lunch.
What are the service hours?
Breakfast is from 8:00 to 10:00, lunch from 13:00 to 14:30 and dinner from 20:00 to 21:30.
I'm interested in participating in an activity at the Diving Center. What do I need to do?
You can send us an email to info@montjoi.com indicating the activity you wish to do (introductory dive, course, dive), the date and your diving level, and we will put you in contact with our colleagues at the Diving Center, who will confirm availability, prices, conditions, etc.
When is there animation?
The entertainment program (children's club and supervised activities) is available from June 22nd to September 11th; in April, May, until June 22nd, and from September 11th onwards, it will run from Friday evening to Sunday midday. From June 22nd to August 29th, the children's club will be divided by age groups.
How is payment for the stay made?
A 20% deposit is required upon booking, and the balance is always due upon arrival. If the total cost of the stay(s) per booking holder exceeds 1000€, no cash payment will be accepted, regardless of the number of bungalows, people, or outstanding balance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy:
-The cancellation will be communicated in writing.
-Cancellation before 30 days prior to arrival: 95% of the deposit will be refunded.
-Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
-Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: the deposit will not be refunded.
-No show up: If there is no notice before 12 pm on the day following the scheduled arrival, the booking will be cancelled and no deposit will be refunded.
*If you leave the accommodation before the scheduled departure date, there will be no refund.
Is there cancellation insurance?
Yes, when you make your booking on the website, you will be offered cancellation insurance during the process, should you be interested. There is a 30-day waiting period, and the policyholder must be under 70 years old. We will need your ID/passport number and date of birth to process it.
