General information about the reservation
Please note that our rates vary depending on the holiday period.
Cala Montjoi Resort & Bungalow reserves the right to correct any incorrect rates charged due to an error in the online booking system. In this case, Cala Montjoi Resort & Bungalow will notify you of the error within 48 hours, offering you the option of accepting the corrected rate or canceling your reservation.
The cardholder acknowledges being solely responsible for the transactions made with the card.
You also accept the conditions of the internal regulations and the terms and conditions published on the Cala Montjoi Resort & Bungalow website.
Rates and economic conditions
- The tourist tax is not included and is 1.32€ per person per day, for those aged 16 and over, with a maximum stay of 7 nights. It will be payable upon arrival at Cala Montjoi Resort & Bungalow.
- Children aged 4 to 11 years receive a 25% discount on the adult price from 18/07 to 28/08 inclusive, and a 50% discount for the rest of the season, except for special and weekend rates.
- The nights of May 13, May 14 and May 24 will be considered weekend.
- The individual supplement is 20%.
- No discounts or offers apply to Comfort Rooms or Premium Bungalows.
The management of Cala Montjoi Resort & Bungalow reserves the right to modify this rate in the event of the application of new taxes or alteration of the current ones.
Conditions according to age and occupation
- People aged 12 and over will be considered adults.
- The child's age that will be taken into account to apply the corresponding rate will be the one they have on the day of arrival.
- Children under 4 years old will be free.
- Families of 3 people with one child who benefit from a discount will be accommodated in a 2/3 person bungalow.
Accommodation, schedules and services
- Fans and air conditioners will be available from 22/06.
- Arrivals are from 4pm and dinner is included. The restaurant is open until 9:30pm. If you arrive after that time, you will miss dinner service.
- The bungalows are vacated before 10am, although food is included.
- You can change the meal from the last day to the first day, without affecting the accommodation schedule.
- The animation will be available from June 22nd to September 11th. In April, May, June, and September, it will run from Friday evening to Sunday midday.
Important rules during your stay
- No pets allowed.
- The circulation of motorcycles, bicycles, skates and scooters is prohibited inside the premises.
Payment for the stay
Payment is always made upon arrival.
If the total amount of the stay or stays per reservation holder exceeds 1,000€, no cash payment can be made, regardless of the number of bungalows, people or outstanding amounts.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation must be communicated in writing.
- Cancellation before 30 days prior to arrival: 95% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: the deposit will not be refunded.
- No-show: If there is no notice before 12:00 on the day following the scheduled arrival, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of leaving the accommodation before the scheduled departure date in the booking, there will be no refund.
Cancellation insurance
When you make your reservation on the website, you will be offered cancellation insurance during the process, should you be interested.
Temporary insurance for booking cancellation expenses
The events that will give rise to reimbursement of expenses are those indicated below, provided that these events occur after the booking has been made and that they directly affect you:
Guarantee 1: Serious illness, serious accident or death, unexpected call for surgical intervention, pregnancy complications or miscarriage, or summons for organ transplant of the insured, spouse, first and second degree descendants or companion registered in the reserve, or medical quarantine affecting the insured.
This warranty applies to:
- Your spouse, first or second degree ascendants or descendants, parents, children, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandchildren, grandsons, granddaughters, brothers-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, parents-in-law or common-law partner.
- Your companion, registered in the same reservation.
For the purposes of insurance coverage, the following definitions apply:
Serious illness of the insured: the alteration of health, verified by a medical professional, that forces the patient to remain in bed and that implies the cessation of any activity, professional or private.
Serious accident of the insured: any bodily injury resulting from a violent, sudden, external cause beyond the control of the injured party, the consequences of which prevent the normal movement from their usual residence.
When the illness or accident affects any of the aforementioned persons, other than the insured, it will be considered serious when it involves hospitalization or entails a risk of imminent death.
Excluded are the consequences of illness or accident occurring prior to the effective date of the insurance or those resulting from pre-existing illnesses.
The death that entitles the insured to compensation, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this insurance, must have occurred no more than 10 days before the start date of the trip and always after the effective date of the insurance.
Guarantee 2: Serious damages as a result of theft, fires or other similar causes that affect your home.
- Your usual and/or secondary residence.
- The professional premises where you practice a liberal profession or are the direct operator or manager.
And that necessarily involve your presence.
Guarantee 3: Job dismissal, provided that at the start of the insurance there was no verbal or written communication.
Guarantee 4: Summons as a party or member of a jury or witness in a court of law or as a member of an electoral board.
Guarantee 5: Acts of air, land, or sea piracy that prevent the start or continuation of your trip. All terrorist acts are excluded.
Guarantee 6: Theft of documents or luggage that makes it impossible to start or continue your trip.
Guarantee 7: Breakdown or accident of the vehicle owned by you or your spouse that reliably prevents you from starting your trip.
This coverage is limited to a vehicle repair bill exceeding 600€ and/or a repair period, as certified by an expert, exceeding 8 hours.
Guarantee 9: Notice of the presentation and signing of official documents, known and communicated in writing after the booking of the trip.
This policy has a waiting period of 30 days.
Furthermore, it does not provide coverage to people over 70 years of age.
This brochure serves a purely indicative purpose and in no case can it be considered as defining the contracted guarantees or their limits.
