Diving baptism
Experience a first glimpse into the underwater world of Montjoi Bay and discover a vibrant Posidonia seagrass meadow just meters from the shore. It's the perfect way to get started with scuba diving in Cala Montjoi in an accessible and exciting way.

PADI OWD – Level 1 FFESSM – CMAS
This training program is designed to open the doors to the underwater world in a marine reserve like Cala Montjoi. It includes 2 theory classes, 2 confined water classes, and 4 open water classes, lasting 4 intensive days.
Price: 500€ + 40€ FFESSM federative license.
Minimum age: 14 years.
Level 2 – FFESSM – CMAS
This course is designed for those who have already completed the first level and want to advance in the world of diving. It includes 2 theory classes and 10 open water classes, lasting 5 days.
Price: 500€.
Requirements: Level 1 prior.
Minimum age: 16 years and medical certificate.

Level 3 FFESSM – CMAS
A course for divers who want to progress and access more challenging dives. The course includes two theory sessions and ten boat dives, lasting 5 days.
Price: 500€.
Requirements: previous level 2, accredited experience and decompression buoy.
*Rifap training and equipment are not included.
Groups
If you come with your club or a group of friends, the center offers advantageous discounted rates on both diving and accommodation for groups of more than 15 people. You are also welcome to contact the reservations team for more information and a quote.
Apnea course
Cala Montjoi hosts a freediving course from June 28th to July 3rd. It is designed as a "full immersion" course of approximately 10 hours per day, with both theoretical and practical components, and taught by Umberto Pelizzari himself along with his instructors.
Price: 990€.
Includes: Course, accommodation, full board and access to sports and leisure activities.
*It is open to freedivers of any level, as long as there are no equalization problems.
