Cala Montjoi beach has been rated as excellent following the Catalan Water Agency's annual water quality monitoring and control report. This report, conducted at bathing areas throughout Catalonia, aims to ensure water quality and provide the public with the necessary information. The monitoring assesses the microbiological quality of the water, and the resulting annual classification is then included in reports submitted to the European Commission.
