Enjoy, in CALA MONTJOI, a Apnea course from June 30 to July 05, 2024 with the record holder Umberto Pelizzari.

The authentic "FULL IMMERSION" apnea course will last around 10 hours per day and will consist of two parts: one theoretical and one practical.

Umberto Pelizzari in person courses taught all apnea and will be in the water with their monitors for all practical tests.
The course is open to freedivers of any level, from beginners to top athletes. The important thing is that no compensation issues.
